How to use and dispose a face mask?

     1. Keep in mind, a cover should just be utilized by health laborers  also, people with respiratory indications, for example, fever and cough.

     2. before to contacting the  face cover, clean hands with a liquor based hand rub or cleanser and water
               
     3. Take the cover and review it for tears or openings.

      

4. Arrange which side is the top side (where the metal strip is).

5. Dispose of the face cover in a closed container following use.

6. Perform hand cleanliness after contacting or disposing of the

face cover – Use liquor based hand rub or, if obviously dirty, wash

your hands with cleanser and water.


Important point to remember about the face mask:

 Mask is supported to be use for the limited time,

                   If you wear it for long time:
                           →   oxygen in blood reduce
                            →  oxygen to brain reduce
                            → you start feeling weak
                            →  may lead to death


                  advice:
                       →use it in croud place
                       → use it in when you are in close contact with other person
                       →put it off when you are alone
                       →do not use it at home
